Aquaman Launches his Early Mail Service
It arrived in our inbox on Friday 27th July.
You can read the full email here, but the main point is his selections that he provided that follow.
Aquaman's publicity of his new early mail service arrived in our inbox on Friday. These were his recommended bets and example of the type of Early Mail selections you will receive from his new service.
We Decided to "Take On Aquaman"
Our SSSS Analysts compared his selections to our ratings and staking smarts, and provided, as a matter of public record, our analysis to our RewardBet Premium Group which you can see below.
Our Analysts found only two of Aquaman's seven selections worthy of betting on. The other selections (in pink) were below our value price and represented too much risk or were too short to provide as a legitimate tip.
Thanks Aquaman for tipping Nature Strip at $1.55 and Spurcraft at $2 ... and then telling us to put 63% (22 units out of 30 recommended) of our Saturday's Bank on them! Jeez, Aquaman, you're the best!
Tuesday, Aquaman Emails Us Again!
Aquaman's email is glowing in self-congratulations for how well he did with his selections. You can read (our version) of the email we received here.
One of our Analysts was so annoyed with the "spin" that Aquaman was using, that he got out his pencils and wrote all over it!
Aquaman really brought out the spin here ... his "staking plan" required you to outlay 63% of your day's punting bank (only mad punters would do that) on two odds-on shots. If one of those had been rolled, then it was a painful road back.
We KNOW that MONEY MANAGEMENT is the biggest issue with most punters.
Just like RewardBet was invented to help with your staking to win more, our SSSS Tips Analysts are passionate about ensuring we provide value selections that allow you to control your bank, not over-bet, and ride through the inevitable run-of-outs.
Do you think Aquaman has ever had to endure that? Four Generations of Money. I doubt it.
So, Who Won?
Aquaman reported a "POT of over 90%". Which is correct. But this was all based on outlaying 63% of your money on two odds-on shots! In fact, that's probably a poor return considering BOTH of them won, and one just by a head.
Punters want value and not to have all their emotions riding on a few short favourites who anyone could have tipped!
How did we do? Well, our Analysts eliminated all but two of Aquaman's selections (as above).
AND THEY BOTH WON! Based on OUR STAKING (betting to profit 5 units based on our rated price, which is sensible) we had a PROFIT of 6.66 UNITS on ORIA (rated $7, price $9.50) and a PROFIT of 5 UNITS on Gytrash).
Our POT was 557% and we didn't have to rely on putting most of our money on a couple of short favs that everyone had tipped!
