Setup Custom Levels in 'Settings'. Scroll from right-to-left to view them.
(NB: You need to setup ALL THREE levels for Custom Levels to work. Just use 100% Win, Quinella, Exacta and/or Trifecta to fill-out the other levels if you need to).
After creating your Custom Levels in Settings (see quick video here or below) you can see them on the betting screen by scrolling the Reward Levels from right to left.
