Result: Unplaced at SP $9.00. Rated $3.70. Settled just behind the leaders on the rails in fourth. When the leaders kicked on the turn, Aurum Dreams was left a little flat footed and was unable to make up the ground lost and finished in midfield. Outcome -0.67 Units.
CAULFIELD R5 #7 Shotmaker @ $8.00 (0.72 UNIT WIN). Ran well here on debut in G3 company. In a very smart yard and a big chance today.

Result: 2nd at SP $5.00. After settling in third, just behind the leader, moved up three wide on the turn to make its move but was quickly reined in by the eventual winner while Yitai Loyalty ran on strongly at the end to claim second. Outcome -1.25 Units.

ROCKHAMPTON R7 #4 Native Bee @ $31.00 (0.17 UNITS WIN). Way over the odds and a good price to see if he can handle the rise in class. I reckon it’s worth a punt.
Result: 3rd at SP $9.00. Rated $7.00. Settled at the tail of the field. Went widest to make its run home and despite finishing fast was too far back to make a real challenge on the winner. Good run to the line though. Outcome -0.17 Units.

CANTERBURY R7 #1 Clevanicc @ $11.00 (0.50 UNITS WIN). In the mix with the latest 4th and should be ready to bounce here to at a nicely rated price.
Result: 3rd at SP $8.50. Rated $11.30. Settled in the last quarter of the decent size field, one off the rails. Midway through the race, Clevanicc went up three wide with cover and made up some ground to sit midfield. Was the widest runner on the turn and while never a winning hope, ran home okay and finished in a three way photo for third. Outcome -0.50 Units.

Result: Unplaced at SP $13.00. Rated $16.50. Settled in fourth, on the rails, a number of lengths from the leader. Even though Dual Lane kept to its task in the straight, was no match for the winner who was able to run down the tear away leader deep into the straight. Outcome -0.42 Units.

CAULFIELD R3 #11 Snitzepeg @ $5.00 (1.25 UNITS WIN). Change of trainers from price/kent to Williams and a good 3rd last start. Could come over the top of them here for the win.
Result: Unplaced at SP $6.50. Rated $7.60. Pushed forward and after a few hundred meters found the lead and rails. However was struggling from early in the straight and swamped with a couple of hundred to go and finished towards the tail of the field. Outcome -1.25 Units.

Got off the rails on the turn and attempted to chase the leader with no luck despite running on well. Winner which was the even money favourite always had the race under control. Outcome -0.72 Units.

Result: 4th at SP $3.20. After settling at the tail of the field, was being niggled at heavily prior to the turn and only really got going late when the race was over to finish in fourth. Outcome -1.50 Units.

Result: Unplaced at SP $7.50. Settled on the rails in a three way share of the lead. After initially finding in the straight for a long did struggle in the final couple of hundred of meters and finish a little worse than midfield. Outcome -0.77 Units.

QUIRINDI R2 #7 Trematon @ $8.00 (0.72 UNITS WIN). Very good run for 2nd last start from a wide barrier. With Pracey-Holmes on him and a good inside barrier this time should improve the run.
Result: 3rd at SP 8.50. Rated $8.40. Settled at the tail in a strung out field. Got going from just prior to the turn and was ran on quite impressively up the middle of the track to just miss out on second in a photo though still a length behind the winner. Outcome -0.72 Units.

Result: 4th at SP $3.70. After settling in third, behind the leaders, moved off the fence on the home turn and while ran home respectably was always a length or so behind the leaders. Outcome -1.50 Units.

ROSEHILL R6 #5 Notio @ $9.00 (0.63 UNITS WIN). Had excuses last start and can give this a shake with a good win two back midweek. T Berry on top for Hawkes and a huge chance.
Result: 4th at SP $9.00. Rated $10.00. After initially settling in a midfield position, did drop back to near last after a few hundred meters in a tightly compacted field. Kept to the rails for its run home and was tightened for room which possibly affected its run but still had its chance as it finished fourth. Outcome -0.63 Units.
ROSEHILL R8 #7 Stella Sea Sun @ $9.00 (0.63 UNITS WIN). I wouldn’t worry about the class rise here as the form is exceptional IMO.
Result: 4th at SP $12.00. Rated $8.90. Settled one off the rails in a midfield position. In the straight had plenty of room to run on and while it was a respectable run never really looked like winning despite finishing fourth. Outcome -0.63 Units.

Result: 3rd at SP $12.00. After settling behind the leaders, took the lead briefly in the straight before being challenged and weakened late to finish in a photo for third. Outcome -0.45 Units.
DONALD Race 5 No. 12 Uluru
Result: 4th at SP $2.50. Settled in a midfield position, one off the rails. In the straight was one of the widest runners but took a while to hit top gear and finished strongly to finish in fourth. Outcome -1.50 Units.
FLEMINGTON Race 9 No. 12 Satori
Result: Unplaced at SP $13.00. After settling midfield and presenting at the top of the straight quickly dropped out to finish in the last part of the field. Outcome -0.42 Units.

BALLARAT R8 #7 Guess Again @ $12.00 (0.46 UNITS WIN). Finishes her races off strongly and should go well fourth up from B1 on the synthetic.
Result: Unplaced at SP $13.00. Rated $5.00. Nice value and overlay selection. Settling just behind the leader on the rails in about fourth. Was a bit cramped for room at the top of the straight but had it chance to run but unable to in order to challenge the leaders to finish slightly better than midfield. Outcome -0.46 Units.

Result: 1st at SP $4.20, Best Tote $4.30, Betfair $4.74. Rated $5.10. In deteriorating conditions, Sunmate settled in the last part of a compacted field. One of the widest on the turn though was making ground quickly and with 200m to go hit the lead and from then was never headed. Good quality win in the conditions. Outcome + Units (after deductions)

🏆🏆🏆MORUYA R3 #2 Leami Astray @ $6.00 (1 UNIT WIN). Up against some stronger class here but does like this track and distance range and is good overs for the win.
Result: 1st at SP $2.40, Best Tote $2.30, Betfair $2.79. Rated $6.10. After being wide initially, pushed forward pretty easily to lead on the rails. On the turn, lead very narrowly and at one stage in the straight was even headed but fought back very well with it’s second wind to win strongly but approximately a length. Outcome +6.00 Units.
MORUYA R6 #1 Endymion @ $9.50 (0.59 UNITS WIN). Placed the last two runs here at Moruya and has a good chance here from B1 at overs for a win.
Result: Unplaced at SP $6.50. Rated $5.00. Took up the running to lead on the rails. On the turn was joined in the lead and was immediately headed. While Endymion attempted to fight back, the gap kept on increasing and tired in the final couple hundred meters to finish towards the tail of the field. Outcome -0.59 Units.

Result: 4th at SP $9.00. Settled in second on the rails and in the straight eased off the rails slightly and while kept on running on, was unable to match the leaders to finish in fourth about a length or so behind. Outcome -0.63 Units.

Result: 3rd at SP $17.00. After being three wide midfield the majority of the trip, went forward on the turn to try to run the leaders down but unable to do so, always being about a length or so behind to finish third. Outcome -0.31 Units.
